STATIONERY GEEK FAQs

Are all of your products online? Can you make something that isn’t on your website?

As well as having a growing pile of Stationery Geek products, we also design and print on demand - meaning that if you have an idea of what you'd like we can take your brief and make it a reality for you!

On top of all of our notebooks and pads and whatnot, we also do the "essentials" like business cards, letterheads, posters..... anything you need really!

Just drop us an email and let us know what you’re after!

Can I have my name / logo / photo on it?

Absolutely! All of our products can be personalised in any way you like, whether it’s just having your name on it, tweaking a bit of text or having something completely bespoke that is just for you - we can make your ideal product.

Do you have a shop? Can I collect my order?

Stationery Geek is currently only online, however if you live locally you are more than welcome to pop into our office to collect your order. Don’t worry, we are very friendly – especially if you bring cake!

We are based in York and our office address is Unit 6, Millfield Lane, Nether Poppleton, YO26 6QA.

Just let us know if you’d like to collect so that we can send you an invoice without the shipping cost, or refund your postage if you have already paid.

Can I pay by card? Do you use Paypal?

At the moment all of our payments are processed through Paypal, as we believe it is the safest and easiest option for everyone. No Paypal account? No need to panic! When you are directed to the login screen during checkout there should be an option to “Pay by Debit or Credit Card” (near the bottom of the page, below the username and password boxes). This allows you to enter your payment details without registering for an account. We have found that some phones and tablets don’t display this option, so any problems just give us a shout.

What is the difference between A4 and A5?

As you may have noticed, a lot of our notebooks come in a choice of sizes – A4 or A5.

A4 is the larger of the two, measuring 210 × 297 mm (8.3 × 11.7 inches)

A5 is half the size of A4, measuring 148 x 210 mm (5.8 x 8.3 inches)

Can you give me a price in dollars / euros?

It’s tricky for us to give an accurate price in different currencies as Paypal handles the conversion for us at checkout. This means we never know exactly what rate is being used.

If you’d like to get a rough idea before you buy, all we usually do is just ask our buddy Google - simple!

Of course, if you have any questions not covered here just drop us an email: lucy@stationery-geek.co.uk
